All board members serve on a voluntary basis and do not receive any reimbursement for expenses. The board consists of an odd number of members, with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 11. Board members are selected and appointed by the board itself. They are appointed for a term of 4 years and are eligible for unlimited reappointment.
