De Technische School heeft de erkenning van de lokale overheid. Straatkinderen en kinderen uit arme gezinnen kunnen hier een ambacht leren. Ook de persoonlijkheidsontwikkeling van de leerlingen is erg belangrijk en daarom wordt er veel aandacht aan cultuur en heersende normen en waarden geschonken.
